Stratr (“Stratr”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Stratr web application located at stratr.ai and the Stratr Chrome Extension. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

By using Stratr or installing the Stratr extension, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Purpose of the Service

Stratr provides tools for creating, editing, and analyzing TradingView Pine Script strategies using artificial intelligence. The Chrome extension exists solely to connect TradingView browser tabs with the Stratr web application so users can interact with Pine Script code more efficiently.

The extension does not inject advertisements, track browsing activity outside of TradingView, or load remote executable code.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to operate the Stratr service.

• Account Information Email address and authentication tokens used to create and access your Stratr account.
• User Content Pine Script strategies, code files, prompts, and other workspace content you create within Stratr.
• Usage Information Information about AI requests, token usage, feature usage, and service interactions to support system operation, billing, and debugging.
• Local Extension Data Session identifiers, connection state, and authentication tokens stored locally in your browser to maintain communication between the extension and Stratr.
• Payment Information Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment details.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to operate and improve the Stratr platform.

• Provide and maintain the Stratr service
• Save and synchronize Pine Script strategies
• Enable AI-assisted code generation and editing
• Authenticate users and maintain sessions
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Detect abuse, fraud, or security threats
• Improve system performance and reliability

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Chrome Extension Permissions

The Stratr Chrome extension requests only the permissions necessary for its functionality:

• tabs Used to detect TradingView tabs and enable communication between the extension and TradingView pages.
• storage Used to store connection state and session identifiers locally in the browser.
• alarms Used for lightweight background polling when waiting for tasks to complete.
• Host Permissions Access is restricted to the following domains:
  • tradingview.com
  • stratr.ai
  • our backend infrastructure

The extension does not monitor or access browsing activity outside these domains.

AI Processing

When you request AI assistance (such as generating or editing a Pine Script strategy), relevant code and prompts may be securely transmitted to AI model providers for processing.

These providers process requests only to generate responses and do not receive access to your full account data.

Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted infrastructure providers to operate Stratr.

• Supabase — authentication and database infrastructure
• Stripe — payment processing
• AI Model Providers — generation and analysis of Pine Script strategies
• Cloud Infrastructure Providers — secure hosting of servers and databases

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and contractual obligations.

Data Retention

We retain your account and workspace data while your account remains active.

You may delete your account and associated data at any time through the Stratr application. When your account is deleted, associated data will be removed from active systems within a reasonable time frame.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• HTTPS encryption
• Secure authentication tokens
• Limited data collection
• Access controls on backend infrastructure

However, no internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

International Data Transfers

Because Stratr operates on global cloud infrastructure, your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place when transferring data.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your personal data
• Restrict or object to certain data processing
